Simple rules!! – Process & Timeline
- The contestant have to submit songs sung by them for entering the Stephen Devassy’s Singer Hunt organised as part of Kushlosh Media “Stephen Devassy & Solid Band Live Concert Tour of UK & Ireland 2017”
- Kushlosh can only accept full video songs recorded and send through Youtube link, WhatsApp or facebook videos.
- Contestant can send only one song for the entry. Recommended duration of the song is less than 5 minutes.
- Contestant must have purchased a ticket for the “Stephen Devassy & Solid Band Live Concert Shows in UK & Ireland” in your name to be eligible for the specified venue.
- Include your name, address, mobile number, age, ticket reference number with each entry.
- By submitting a video song for the talent hunt, the contestant will be regarded as having accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations of the competition.
- The closing date for entering the talent hunt is Saturday, 15th April 2017.
- Kushlosh will not accept responsibility for lost or corrupted video files & entries.
- Results of the short listed candidates for each venue will be announced by Kushlosh Media’s panel of Judges on 22nd April 2017.
- Stephen Devassy will give songs to be learnt & sung by the contestants before 30th April 2017.
- Video recording of the contestant’s songs will takes place before 7th May 2017 arranged by Kushlosh Media.
- Evaluation of the songs will be done by Stephen Devassy & his panel of Judges during the week 8th May to 14th May 2017.
- The winners will be announced on 15th May 2017 and Stephen Devassy’s decision will be final.
- Kushlosh reserves the right to use any entry photographs of contestants and any video songs recorded or sent as an entry in this contest. Contestant’s song will be regarded as having granted Kushlosh the exclusive right to use the videos in any form for broadcast or online media without any fee payment.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply when you access the Kushlosh website (“the website”) and should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and other applicable terms which may relate to the services provided through the Website. If you use the Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- It is agreed that you shall visit the specified venue of shows for taking part in the said show “Stephen Devassy & Solid Band Live Concert Tour of UK & Ireland 2017”
- You have expressly agreed to perform in the show with Stephen Devassy with sincerity, diligently and efficiently and the best of your ability make your performance excellent on stage to enhance the prestige of the show.
- You are taking part in the show at your own costs and no remuneration is payable for your participation.
- Kushlosh Media will do brand/name recognition in the video song recorded through various news portals, websites, face book and any other social medias.
- The exclusive rights of the stage performance of the said shows for television, video, audio, internet etc and any other existing or future technologies shall vests with Kushlosh Media and you shall have no right, title or interest or claim of any nature whatsoever of any & all the said performances & that Kushlosh have the absolute right to exploit the same in the manner it desires without any hindrance or claim of any nature whatsoever.
- Copyrights of “Stephen Devassy’s Album” shall vest with Stephen Devassy and I specifically waive my rights to claim any royalties if any.
- You shall make yourself available to be covered for any Press Conference / Get-Together / Audio visual promos and shall attend rehearsals related to the purpose of the said show.
- If the show is cancelled or postponed for reasons such as government action or imposing ban against staging the show or for any act of God, or for any other reasons, the said show / shows shall be rescheduled with mutually agreed dates depending upon the feasibility of the promoters of the show.
- Kushlosh reserves the right to change or replace the competition prizes and or modify the rules and regulations of the competition as and when necessary, without prior notice. Kushlosh will not be liable for any issues relating to the conditions of the prizes.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which each party submits.
